Born and raised in in the Midwest… Lesley brings years of stage experience and impeccable timing to a focused and fearless voice performance.
She made her stage debut at The MUNY in St. Louis at the ripe old age of 5, as “Trouble” in Madame Butterfly. She studied dance for 15 years, trained and danced with Gus Giordano in Chicago and ABT in New York, and received her degree in Music/Opera Performance at Washington University in St. Louis. Lesley received her voiceover training at Voicetrax SF, studied dialects with Mary MacDonald-Lewis, and currently coaches with Jeff Howell and Thom Pinto. She also studies classical vocal technique with renowned master teacher Joann Zajac (Zajac Studio|Los Angeles and Las Vegas).
Lesley currently studies Shakespeare with Patsy Rodenburg, OBE (Head of Voice, The Guildhall School of Music and Drama, London UK) at the Michael Howard Studios in New York and is pleased to announce that she has been selected as a certification candidate for Ms. Rodenburg’s Master Teacher Certification program which will culminate in her becoming a Registered Rodenburg Teacher in the Fall of 2018.
